SKIPP is an innovative student project, a web-based application designed to transform queue management in settings such as hospitals, government offices, and other busy venues. This system enables individuals to conveniently create, join, and manage queues using their digital devices, be it smartphones, tablets, or computers. Featuring an intuitive user interface, it allows users to secure their place in a queue and offers real-time updates on their status within the queue. The application effectively utilizes notifications to keep users informed about their position in the queue, provide estimates of waiting times, and alert them to any changes in the queue situation. As a student project, it showcases a practical solution to streamline and enhance the process of queue management, leveraging technology for improved user experience and efficiency.
